Samsung Unveils The New S25 Range

it’s more of the same to be honest…

Last week Samsung unveiled their newest lineup of flagship smartphones. The Galaxy S25 range.

This year we got much of the same fanfare with the tech giant doubling down on its commitment to AI. The talk was all about ‘AI Agents’, but what are they?

AI agents are software programs that use AI to perform tasks for a user or another system. They can interact with their environment, collect data, and use that data to complete tasks.

Here is the most simple example: Imagine you enjoy sports and your favourite team is playing soon, but they are coming to your city. Based on that information an AI agent can book tickets and other activities around the game as a suggestion and then execute that action on your behalf with your permission.

These phones will be popular in the local market as Samsung has a strong brand presence in South Africa.

Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series is available for pre-order in South Africa, with prices from R19,999 for the standard S25, R23,499 for the S25+, and R28,999 for the S25 Ultra.

It’s the annual music showcase and awards evening that gets music fans from around the globe debating whether the artists deserve the awards they receive and whose music taste leaves a lot to be deserved.

The 2025 Grammy Awards did not disappoint with some of the industry’s heavy hitters walking away with most of the awards and a few newcomers also got in on the action.

Record Of The Year

Kendrick Lamar has won Record Of The Year for his diss track “Not Like Us” at the 2025 Grammys.

Album Of The Year

After years of being snubbed by the Grammys, Beyonce finally won Album Of The Year for her country album Cowboy Carter.

Best Rap Album

Doechii has won the 2025 Grammy Award for Best Rap Album for Alligator Bites Never Heal. She makes history as the third woman ever to win in the category, having beat out records by Common and Pete Rock (The Auditorium Vol. 1), Eminem (The Death of Slim Shady), Future and Metro Boomin (We Don’t Trust You), and J. Cole (Might Delete Later).
