Playstation Networks Were Down
much to the chagrin of players who were affected…
Sony’s online gaming platform PlayStation Network went for 20 hours over the weekend and people were losing their minds.
It was chalked up to a technical error and the funny part (not really) of it was that it wasn’t just online players that were affected. If you own a digital-only console you weren’t able to play your games because you need the PlayStation Network to verify that your games are authentic.
During the outage, no one was able to play, unless you owned a console with a disc drive.
So what is Sony doing to say sorry? They’re offering users an extra 5 free days of service on the PlayStation Network.
Do you think that’s enough to compensate for the time lost?

Opening with Samuel L. Jackson as ‘Uncle Sam’ the stage was set for a performance full of innuendo and politically charged messaging. Oh, and we can’t forget about the not-so-subtle shade at your aunty’s favourite rapper…
The Superbowl Halftime Show is always a spectacle, whether it’s good or bad it always has people talking and this year Kendrick Lamar put on a show for the 65 000 in attendance at the stadium and the 500 million people watching during the live stream.
Performing mostly newer songs from his catalogue, we got high-energy choreography from his dancers as well as some comedic interactions. Kendrick delivered a solid performance full of expression and deliberate emphasis put on certain lyrics.
The question that had everyone talking leading up to the show was ‘Is he going to perform Not Like Us?’ Well, he did and it was the song that had the most ‘meme-able’ moments. Like this gem:
